La
linea da Patrasso per Cefalonia ed Itaca, benché molti armatori siano
originari della zona, non è molto ambita. Per questo sorprende che nel 2000,
oltre al classico servizio di Blue Star Ferries, anche G.A. Ferries si
proponga con l’ultimo arrivo, la JET FERRY 1, fotografata il 22 agosto 2000 a
Patrasso. Il servizio durerà due anni. ESPRESSO
PER CEFALONIA EXPRESS TO CEPHALONIA The Patras – Cephalonia – Ithaca route, even
if many ship-owners have roots on that islands, is not aimed by the operators
to be served. It was very surprising that G.A. Ferries decided to deploy its
last ferry, the JET FERRY 1, pictured at Patras on
August 22nd, 2000, to compete with Blue Star Ferries, which
operated that link from years. That operation would last for two years. |
