dire di avere avuto la fortuna di aver provato tutte le cinque classi di navi
Superfast, inclusa la più “difficile”, quella
baltica, nel periodo in cui la JEAN NICOLI, una volta venduta a SNCM, veniva
noleggiata ad altri operatori, nel caso Anek Lines,
che la utilizza da Patrasso ed Igoumenitsa a
Venezia ed Ancona, dove è ritratta il 30 novembre 2007. Un peccato estremo
che la compagnia non abbia fatto valere l’opzione d’acquisto, cosa che ha
portato alle due diverse livree per ogni lato della nave, come nell’ultimo
giorno del noleggio. |
DOUBLE FACE I had the great luck to travel in every original class of Superfast
vessels, including the most “difficult” one, the Baltic class, when the JEAN
NICOLI, bought by SNCM, was chartered out to other operators. This time, to Anek Lines, which deployed her from Patras
and Igoumenitsa to Venice and Ancona,
where the photos are taken on November 30th, 2007. It’s a great
pity that Anek Lines hadn’t exercised the right of
a buying option, which led to two different liveries in each side of the
vessel, during the last day of the charter. |
