Entered the Superfast Fleet on 2002 season, substituting the “Blue Star 1” of Blue Star Ferries on her AnconaIgoumenitsaPatras service; on 2003 season is frequently deployed also on the direct connection AnconaPatras. Together with her sister is the olny adriatic ferry of Superfast being registered in Piraeus and with registry port written in English. In 2004 was on AnconaIgoumenitsaPatras line, but she sails also from Patras and Igoumenitsa to Bari, in order to complete the timetable performed by Blue Star Ferries’s “Blue Horizon”. I never travelled aboard her, but in my opinion she lacks something comparing her to HDW sisters, particularly at stern. Considering the 505 miles of distance between Ancona and Patras, even if with the time lost at Igoumenitsa, I’ve some doubts about the maintainance of the cruise-speed by this ferry.
